Los gamers echan humo en las redes sociales. Ya se conoce la lista de aspirantes a todas las categorías de The Game Awards 2017 (GOYT). Entre todas las modalidades destaca la de "mejor juego del año", una categoría a la que son candidatos Super Mario Odyssey, PlayerUnknown's Battleground, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Persona 5 y Horizon Zero Dawn.
La organización de estos 'Oscars' de los videojuegos permite a los gamers votar por sus productos favoritos. Los ganadores se conocerán en una gala que tendrá lugar el próximo 7 de diciembre.
